Registration

Online registration is now open and will close at 12pm on April 2, 2025 (JST).

No discount for early registration is available.

After the online registration period is over, we will only accept onsite registration.

Onsite registration will be open during the 29th JACI annual meeting (July 24th to July 26th).

Please note that we will accept only cash (Japanese yen) at the onsite registration desk.

REGISTRATION RATE

When completing the online registration, please kindly indicate if you will be participating in our welcome party. We do not accept onsite participation.

Registration and payment of the participation fee

Please note that we only accept payment by credit card and the registration fee cannot be refunded once it is paid for any reason.

How to register

  1. Click “Register Online” below.
  2. You will first be asked to enable the page translation tool and set it to translate from Japanese to English. Please do so by following the instructions listed under “Language Settings”. Please do not choose languages other than English. When finished, click the blue “Sign up” button.
  3. On the “Sign up” page, enter your information as requested on the registration screen. Please re-enter your family name and given name in the 3rd and 4th boxes on the “Name” row.
  4. Once you have entered everything, please click “Terms of use here” to read our policy about personal information use and protection, and then click “Close this page” at the bottom to return the previous page.
  5. If you agree to the terms, check the box for “Accept the terms of use”, and then click the “Proceed to confirm your registration information” button. On the next screen, you are asked to double-check what you entered. If it looks okay, then click the blue “Apply with this information” button.
  6. On the next screen, you are asked to log in to the payment system. To proceed, click the blue “To the login screen” button or click the link in the registration confirmation email you will receive (in Japanese, you may apply the translation function in your mail client). Then you are asked to log in by entering your email address as your ID and using the password you entered on the previous page.
  7. Read the explanation carefully and click the orange “Participation fee payment”. You will then be asked to check the amount in the “Particiption fee details” screen. If it looks OK, click the blue “To credit card payment” to move to the “Central Convention Service WEB Conference System” page.
  8. Now you are asked to enter your credit card information. Press the blue “Send” button to complete payment. You will receive a registration completion email later which indicates your registration ID number (in Japanese, you may apply the translation function in your mail client). You can confirm your registration status by logging in to “My Page” via the blue “Log in to My Page” button on the first page.

Getting Payment Receipt

Please log in to “My Page” via the blue “Log in to My Page” button on the first page. There you choose the “Registration information” button in the menu in the left column. You can download the receipt anytime until July 28, 2025.
