Abstract submission is open until April 2, 2025 from February 19, 2025.

Guidelines for Abstracts from Overseas

1. Abstracts must be written in English.
2. The abstract must be original and unpublished.
3. Abstract lengths are as below;
   • Abstract title: maximum of 30 words.
   • Abstract text: maximum of 300 words.
4. Number of authors institution: A maximum 10 institutions is allowed.
5. Abstracts should include the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
6. The Program Committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance.
7. Important!
   When the first author provides the contact information, please DO NOT use free Web-based Email address (with domains such as @gmail, @hotmail or @yahoo) because such Emails can be mistakenly flagged and quarantined.

Approval of IRB or ERB

When submitting abstract containing clinical research, must have prior approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) or the Ethical Review Board (ERB) is required in advance.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Both the presenting author and corresponding author(s) are required to indicate COI disclosure statement at the time of presentations (oral, poster). Please use the designated Word file for the disclosure found in the “Information for Speakers” page.
